Ordering Policy - Domestic
Shipment
Effective May 01, 2006 our shipping rates for
Ground Shipment within the United States lower
48 are as follows: Orders over $100.00 qualify
for free ground shipping. Shipping for orders
under $100.00 is calculated based on weight and
destination.
As always, expedited shipping will continue to
be quoted on an individual basis, as will all
shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Return Policy - RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization)
Non-defective products sold by Biometrics Direct are sold on a
no-return basis once installed. Defective product must be returned
to Biometrics Direct for replacement or refund within 10 days of RMA
authorization. Non-defective products with an RMA authorization are
subject to a 15% restocking fee. To request an RMA, please email
rma@biometricsdirect.com
within 10 days of making your purchase. In no case will products be
returned beyond 30 days of purchase.
All PVC card products, smart cards, and ID Card
Printer ribbons are non-returnable.
Security Policy
Ordering online with Biometrics Direct is secure and convenient.
